Special Instructions
We recommend wearing a swimsuit under comfortable clothes. A towel, sunglasses, protective UV clothing, and sandals are recommended.

Due to the rising epidemic of a coral disease called White Syndrome, which is affecting the coral from Florida to Central America, the Environmental and Local Authorities have asked guests to refrain from applying any sort of sunscreen (regular or biodegradable) prior to entering the waters of Cozumel, in an effort to stop the spread of the disease among healthy coral. We kindly ask that guests who are wearing sunblock rinse it off before entering the ocean. As an alternative, guests are encouraged to wear UV-protective clothing, such as long sleeve shirts and hats.
 
Restrictions
Some activities may have specific age, height, or weight restrictions. Unassisted use of non-motorized water equipment will require operator approval after guests demonstrate the necessary skills for safe and responsible use.

All beach services are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and some services, activities, or amenities may be subject to availability or weather conditions on the day of the tour.

The legal drinking age in Mexico is 18 years old. Minors will not be served alcohol, even with parental consent. A valid photo ID may be required as proof of age for the consumption of alcoholic beverages. The venue reserves the right to refuse service of alcoholic beverages to guests who appear intoxicated, are unruly, or are underage.

Participation in any part of the experience is entirely at the guest’s sole discretion, risk, and responsibility.

All guests must comply with ALL Cozumel National Marine Park regulations and ALL instructions given by the staff throughout the experience. Underage participants must be accompanied, directly supervised, and cared for by a responsible adult companion, parent(s), or legal guardian at all times.

In order to participate in the floating park, guests must be in good health. Guests with a fear of heights, pregnant or nursing women, guests with back, neck, joint, or muscular injuries, guests with heart conditions or recent surgeries, guests with any other known medical conditions, guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and guests under the influence of prescription medications are prohibited from accessing the floating park. Eyeglasses are not permitted and only non-breakable lenses and frames may be allowed in cases of necessity.

Guests must be aware of the floating park’s linking intersections and surfaces, and all safety signs on the floating park structure. All children under 12 years old and all non-swimmers must be accompanied and supervised one-on-one by a parent or legal guardian. In order to access the floating park, guests must wear an appropriate swimsuit without rivets, zippers, or metallic accessories that could damage the floating park. Pushing, acrobatics, wrestling, violence, or any behavior that may endanger oneself or others is strictly prohibited. All injuries must be reported immediately to the park staff.

The floating park may be temporarily closed at any time for guest safety due to due to weather conditions or operational concerns. Access to the floating park may be refused to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or anyone in any condition that could create an unsafe environment.
